St Albans Engagement Photographer

Tess and Scott were married a few weeks ago (and it was gorgeous! Prepare yourself for an amazing flower crown!). So I felt it only right I blog their engagement shoot now. The shoot was very local to me, we took a wander around Sopwell Nunnery and Verulamium Park in St Albans, Hertfordshire. The weather was grim - not that this will surprise anyone having lived through this summer, but, it was muggy and spitting with rain and all our best laid plans for golden hour lighting were scuppered by cloud. The weather for their wedding was absolutely perfect though, so, we got things the right way around.

Sopwell Nunnery is actually one of my favourite St Albans engagement photoshoot locations. It's not particularly big, but, there's something lovely about a long stretch of grass leading to some ancient ruins.

Tess and Scott are so delightful and it was such a joy getting to know them. I'm very excited to share their wedding on the blog soon!
