Offices Open & US Road Trip Round Up
I'm back from my travels and officially back in my office working my way through your emails - thank you so much for your patience during my absence, I can't wait to catch up with everyone!
I promised long posts about my trip, but, to be honest, I can't think of adequate words to describe it. It was just amazing, traveling alone is an incredible experience that I would definitely recommend - it really pushes you to do things you might otherwise not do and realise what it is you really enjoy. I met so many lovely people along the way (and was so overwhelmed by the kindness of strangers - I lost count of the number of people who offered me their phone numbers in supermarket queues just in case I ran into trouble); I saw so much in such a short time; I definitely ticked some items off the bucket list (jumping out of a plane, riding a horse through the desert at sunset, driving the whole of the Pacific Coast Highway...); I saw a lot of roadside dinosaur attractions which are my new favourite thing; and I totally fell in love with LA, even though everyone told me I wouldn't like it (what's not to like?).
I'll bombard you with instagram photos now. Maybe with a quick run down of the main stops I made so they make sense - Vancouver, Seattle, Olympic National Park, Portland, San Francisco, Yosemite, Santa Cruz, LA, San Diego, Palm Springs, Las Vegas, the Grand Canyon, Albuquerque, Austin, Houston, New Orleans, New York.
