What can I say about Joanna and Chris' wedding? They were married at Cambridge Cottage, in Kew Gardens, London. Which is, of course, absolutely beautiful and has the benefit of backing right on to the lovely gardens.

This was a steampunk wedding, which was so much fun! Joanna and Chris, of course, looked absolutely amazing, but, everyone really got on board with the theme (in fact, I felt a bit like I should have at least put some goggles on to get involved). Joanna's dress was completely bespoke by Prior Engagement.

A few weeks before the wedding Joanna informed me of her bubble gun plans to surprise Chris, these were smuggled to her during the register signing so that the bridal party and Joanna could shoot him with bubbles as they walked down the aisle and there was a lot more outside. As if bubble guns weren't enough, they were these fantastic steampunk themed decorative guns.

Joanna and Chris really care about their music and the evening reception was a lot more like an intimate gig than your usual wedding reception - there were several bands performing original songs.
